Kathryn S. Spencer Joins Patrick Law Group, LLC
Spencer brings construction law background to Patrick Law Group
Atlanta, Georgia (April 14, 2008) – The Patrick Law Group, LLC is pleased to announce the recent addition of Kathryn S. Spencer as an Associate Counsel in its Atlanta office.
Spencer comes to Patrick Law Group from Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP where she practiced as an associate in the firm’s construction and infrastructure development group until this year.
At Patrick Law Group, Spencer will focus on the representation of clients in the construction field, including owners, contractors, and subcontractors as well as drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts.
“Kathryn will bring incredible value to our Clients, with her drafting and technical skills as a lawyer, along with her background in construction law and litigation. She will be able to leverage this background to assist our Clients with effectively preparing and negotiating contracts, which will avoid costly disputes and disrupted business operations,” says Firm Founder and Managing Member, A. Spencer received a B.A. in Religious Studies and Spanish (1999) from University of Virginia College of Arts and Sciences and a J.D. (2005) from Wake Forest University.
Spencer serves as a Mentor at Booker T. Washington High School in its Freedom Writer’s Program, and she is active in the Choir and as a volunteer at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church in Atlanta.
