A. Elizabeth (“Lizz”) Patrick

Lizz Patrick is the founder of Patrick Law Group. Over the span of her 22 year career, she has prepared and negotiated hundreds of commercial and construction contracts, ranging from complex construction to outsourcing and supply chain contracting.

Her experience includes design, service, procurement, construction and project management contracts for a wide variety of national and international project types and real estate transactions. She also handled transactions and associated contracting for outsourcing , third party (3PL) logistics fulfillment and kitting, material handling and automated distribution, manufacturing, software as a service (SAS), remote data storage, capital equipment purchasing and leasing, and master supply and service agreements for global and domestic procurement and supply chain functions.

Jennifer McCoid Thompson

Jennifer McCoid Thompson has nine years of legal experience as a corporate and commercial contracting attorney. In addition to her experience in private practice at large firms in Boston and Atlanta, she has served as in-house counsel to ZapMedia, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and The Weather Channel, Inc. She has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex business transactions and related agreements, including marketing and co-branding arrangements and launch incentives, construction contracts, equipment agreements and leases, non-disclosure agreements, content distribution and media platform arrangements, technology licensing arrangements and independent contractor agreements. Her mix of big firm and in house experience gives her a unique ability to understand and identify significant business issues and evaluate risk, all with an eye to maintaining the practicality and efficient operation of the business.

Kathryn Smith Spencer

Kathryn has extensive experience preparing construction, procurement and commercial contracts. She has drafted and negotiated equipment and product procurement, supply chain and services agreements, third party logistics agreement for product warehousing and fulfillment, equipment and services procurement agreements, software development and other sourcing agreements for large corporations and procuring entities. Her experience also includes preparing and negotiating architectural, engineering, construction, and consulting agreements required for the development of health care, hospitality, retail and other complex projects. Ms. Spencer has also managed and provided due diligence review and support in as part of major acquisition and corporation transactions.
