Patrick Law Group is a boutique practice focused on preparing and negotiating construction, commercial and procurement contracts for our Clients. As an extension of our Client’s team, we offer proactive and practical solutions from the inception of our engagement through project completion, with an emphasis on mitigating risk and avoiding costly disputes. As Contract and Project Counsel, we pride ourselves on collaboratively working with our Clients to develop and negotiate contracts and provide counsel which meets their unique needs and requirements.
We have Demonstrated Experience and Success with Preparing and Negotiating Construction, Procurement and Commercial Contracts tailored to Client Needs. We have drafted and negotiated hundreds of contracts for Project Owners, Corporations and Procuring Entities for a wide variety of contracts ranging from design services, construction, professional services, logistics, global sourcing contracts, and specific equipment procurement and consulting contracts. Our experience ranges from preparing and negotiating specific and custom contracts and serving as Project Counsel on multi-million dollar expansion, renovation and new development projects to preparing and negotiating “master agreements” and “open supply” agreements for services, equipment and materials. Our Attorneys already have the Experience and Expertise to serve our Clients’ Needs. Your matters will not be used to train inexperienced lawyers at your expense, and we have no pressure to leverage or push down work to inexperienced lawyers.
